In Seignosse, just a few minutes from Hossegor and the ocean, 70 Hectares… & L’Océan unfolds in the heart of a landscape where nature, beaches, and local lifestyle elegantly converge. SEI, a new restaurant in Seignosse, offers cuisine inspired by Japan while remaining deeply rooted in the Landes terroir. More than just a restaurant, SEI is also a bar and karaoke space, offering a different experience at any time of day: lunch in a soothing setting, a festive aperitif, or a convivial evening with friends.

A culinary journey between Japan and the Landes region

SEI is a bridge between two worlds. That of Japan, precise and delicate, and that of the Landes, generous and lively. Every dish is an encounter, every gesture in the kitchen a conversation between flavors. SEI's philosophy, 'Where East meets West', can be found in the unexpected mingling with the familiar, and in every moment when cuisine becomes a journey.

SEI reveals itself through its different offerings: lunch, aperitif, and dinner. Lunch is both accessible and refined. Sashimi, fluffy baos, and Landes chicken sando complement the menu, offering an ideal break after a morning of golf, beach, or a stroll around the hotel. For those who wish to extend their experience, the Day Pass allows for lunch while enjoying the afternoon to relax or work remotely, with access to the pool and the Chef's afternoon snack.

70 Hectares brunch

The 70 Hectares brunch is a must at weekends. The buffet features seasonal produce: seafood, colorful salads, charcuterie and cheeses from the Landes region, pastries and pastries renewed every week. The house's iconic brunch retains its essence while adding a SEI touch, reinterpreting classics with Asian inspiration: Seignosse oysters with wasabi vinegar, French toast with coconut milk, Kaya croissant with pandan jam, or homemade yuzu curd. The Japanese corner also offers sushi, sashimi, tataki and ceviche prepared à la minute, accompanied by creative desserts such as black sesame cheesecake. Outside, the brazier extends the experience with fire-grilled prime rib, duck breast and chipirons.

Brunch is available every Saturday and Sunday in July and August, and on Sundays only during the rest of the year, by prior arrangement.

The SEI bar is designed as a true extension of the kitchen, exploring flavors with boldness and precision. Sake, Japanese whisky, matcha, and black sesame are showcased in refined and surprising cocktails. The Matcha Sour combines sake, gin, lime, and egg white, while the Asia Dubliner artfully blends Nikka whisky, Grand Marnier, and red vermouth. The prestigious Ki No Bi Sei Kyoto Dry Gin can be enjoyed neat or in a signature cocktail. The bar also offers original lattes—matcha, golden latte, or black sesame—for an elegant moment at any time of day.

  • Dinner from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm

Visit Day Pass allows you to enjoy a lunch (Starter & Main Course or Main Course & Dessert) with access to the pool and the Chef's snack, available from Wednesday to Friday for €50 per person. Low season only.

SEI also offers a unique concept: Apéro Karaoke. First settle in on the hotel's terraces for a locally-flavored aperitif, then join us in the private room to create your own playlist and sing along with friends and family, cocktails in hand. The atmosphere is both festive and warm, ideal for memorable evenings. Formulas include wine, Spritz or Gin Tonic, accompanied by savory platters, for groups of up to 15, with the room reserved for two hours to make the most of this moment with your loved ones.
