70 Hectares... & l'Océan is ideally located in the heart of the Landes forest, opposite the Seignosse golf course and just a few minutes from the Atlantic beaches. A privileged location to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature, practice your sporting activities and discover the Landes coast in all its authenticity.
By car
From Bordeaux: about 2 hours' drive on the A63 motorway.
From Biarritz: approx. 40 min drive on the A63, then exit 10 to Seignosse.
The hotel has free parking for guests, including accessible parking spaces and electric charging stations.
Bicycles are available for rent to explore Seignosse and the surrounding area; the nearest bike path is 1.5 km from the hotel.
By train
The closest train station is Saint-Vincent de Tyrosse, a 15-minute drive from the hotel.
The train stations in Bayonne, Dax, or Biarritz are located about 40 minutes away by car.
Taxi/ VTC and car rental services are available at stations.
By plane
The nearest airport is Biarritz-Pays Basque, located about 35 minutes from the hotel.
Taxis are available from the airport to the hotel.

Our catering services
The SEI restaurant is open every day except Sunday evenings and is also accessible to outside guests. Outside of July and August, the restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings, all day Monday, and Tuesday lunchtime. Throughout the summer, culinary experiences focusing on Landes terroir and the ocean enrich our offerings: brunch, brazier evenings, SEI nights, aperitifs, and concerts...
Your Spa & Bien-Être experiences
For a moment of relaxation, head for the Spa Les Hortensias du Lac, located overlooking the Hossegor marine lake. Open daily and accessible to outside guests by reservation, it features a sauna, steam room, outdoor Nordic bath, hot tub, treatment rooms, and relaxation areas. Facials and body treatments are by the holistic expert myBlend. From Day Pass DécouverteSpa and Gastronomy are available on a half-day or full-day basis.
Privatization
For a corporate event or private celebration, we offer a reception room and our catering facilities, all of which can be privatized on request. The reception room, located in the main building, opens onto a vast terrace offering a privileged view of the golf course and the Landes forest. The terrace of the SEI restaurant is open to nature and can also be privatized to host your lunches and dinners in an elegant and convivial atmosphere, between the pines and the ocean.
