70 Hectares... & l'Océan is ideally located in the heart of the Landes forest, opposite the Seignosse golf course and just a few minutes from the Atlantic beaches. A privileged location to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature, practice your sporting activities and discover the Landes coast in all its authenticity.
By car
From Bordeaux: about 2 hours' drive on the A63 motorway.
From Biarritz: approx. 40 min drive on the A63, then exit 10 to Seignosse.
L’hôtel dispose d’un parking gratuit réservé à la clientèle dont un stationnement PMR ainsi que de bornes de recharge électrique.
Des vélos sont disponibles à la location pour explorer Seignosse et les environs, la piste cyclable la plus proche se trouve à 1,5km de l’hôtel.
By train
La gare la plus proche est Saint-Vincent de Tyrosse, à 15 minutes en voiture de l’hôtel.
Les gares de Bayonne, Dax ou Biarritz sont situées à environ 40 minutes en voiture.

L’aéroport le plus proche est Biarritz-Pays Basque, situé à environ 35 minutes de l’hôtel.

Our catering services
Le restaurant SEI est ouvert tous les jours sauf le dimanche soir et accessibles également à la clientèle extérieure. Hors juillet et août, le restaurant est fermé le dimanche soir, lundi toute la journée et le mardi midi. Tout au long de l’été, des expériences culinaires autour du terroir landais et de l’océan viennent enrichir notre offre : brunch, soirée brasero, apéro et concert...
Your Spa & Bien-Être experiences
For a moment of relaxation, head for the Spa Les Hortensias du Laclocated opposite the Hossegor marine lake. Open daily and accessible to external customers by reservation, it features a sauna, hammam, outdoor Nordic bath, whirlpool, treatment cabins and relaxation areas. Face and body treatments are provided by the natural Swedish brand L:A Bruket and holistic expertise myBlend. From Day Pass DécouverteSpa and Gastronomy are available on a half-day or full-day basis.
Privatization
For a corporate event or private celebration, we offer a reception room and our catering facilities, all of which can be privatized on request. The reception room, located in the main building, opens onto a vast terrace offering a privileged view of the golf course and the Landes forest. The terrace of the SEI restaurant is open to nature and can also be privatized to host your lunches and dinners in an elegant and convivial atmosphere, between the pines and the ocean.
