Guided by Move by Flow and Studio Pilates Capbreton, our yoga and Pilates classes cultivate breath, posture, and fluidity. Depending on the season, we set up at the edge of the forest or in dedicated spaces to flow through sequences, find grounding, and release tension. The gym extends this momentum with targeted work; the idea isn't performance, but consistency, the right movement, and self-awareness—lasting, vibrant well-being.

In July and August, complimentary group classes are offered several times a week for our hotels, by reservation.
