At the crossroads of dermatology and nature science, Alaena develop Cosmetology of life that combines natural active ingredients and biotechnological innovation. The protocols are inspired by ancestral techniques like Kobido or Tui Na, enriched with modern approaches, to offer visible and lasting results.

SEI's Special Evenings
When the sun sets on the Landes forest, the SEI Nights take place in the 70-hectare garden... & the ocean. Every Tuesday evening, the restaurant offers an experience blending cuisine with Asian influences and live music in a friendly and elegant atmosphere.
Set outdoors, enjoy an evening filled with SEI's signature flavors and the notes of guest artists. A summer gathering where gastronomy, music, and nature meet to celebrate the long evenings of Seignosse.
From April 9 to October 1, Thursday evenings get festive with the’Izakaya Under the Pines. Inspired by the convivial spirit of Japanese izakayas, this evening celebrates sharing and brazier cooking in an exceptional natural setting.
On the menu: a selection of shareable appetizers, flame-grilled meats and fish accompanied by seasonal side dishes, followed by a generous dessert buffet. All to be enjoyed under the pine trees in a warm atmosphere.

To celebrate Bastille Day, 70 Hectares invites you to its signature brunch, revisited for the occasion in a friendly, summery atmosphere.
Along the buffet, discover a generous selection of seasonal products, seafood, colorful salads, Landes charcuterie and cheeses, to which are added SEI's unmissable creations. Oysters flavored with wasabi vinegar, sushi and sashimi prepared to order, Kaya croissants, and desserts with Japanese inspirations enhance this gourmet experience.
Outside, the brazier takes over with beautiful flame-grilled cuts, including rib steak, duck breast, and chipirons, for a lunch centered around sharing.

At 70 Hectares & l'Océan, evening events Les Pins se Marrent have become a not-to-be-missed event. In the relaxed atmosphere of the bar or on the terrace overlooking the pine forest, the mood is set for a convivial aperitif, shared laughter and an open stage for stand-up talent.
